Raise the Age Act of 2025
During the last two Texas legislative session, families of the victims fought tirelessly in support of bills which would have raised the age to purchase to 21 years of age. Now, the families continue the fight to save lives at the federal level with H.R. 2368 - the Raise the Age Act of 2025.
