"She's no longer here to make a name for herself and it's up to me to share her story. I want to honor her by bringing about change at the local level, the state level, at the federal level."

Raise the Age Act of 2025

During the last two Texas legislative session, families of the victims fought tirelessly in support of bills which would have raised the age to purchase to 21 years of age. Now, the families continue the fight to save lives at the federal level with H.R. 2368 - the Raise the Age Act of 2025.

2025 Lives Robbed Summit

January 11, 2025 @ Austin TX

We hosted our inaugural Lives Robbed Summit in Austin, TX the weekend before the start of the 89th legislative session. With the first exhibit of our "77 Minutes in Their Shoes" series as our background, the day of panels presented impactful conversations with survivors, advocates, lawmakers and leaders in the gun violence prevention field.

Lives Robbed was formed by three mothers who lost their daughters during the shooting at Robb Elementary in Uvalde, Texas. Turning pain into purpose they are united by their goal of ending gun violence and honoring their daughters.
